Silver Thistle, a non-profit organzation, is committed to furthering Scottish bagpipe music in Central Texas , and we are always looking for new players to join our efforts.  Lessons are regularly available to help players develop piping and drumming skills to prepare them for the B band.  These classes, held every Monday night at St. Stephen's Episcopal School, are led by Silver Thistle's award-winning pipe and drum instructors.

Many students have graduated from Austin Youth Pipes and Drums, including several who competed with Silver Thistle at competitions throughout the nation and world!
